Position : General Manager - Audit 

Job Location: Dhaka Education : Must be qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/FCA) from ICAB

 Experience : 12- 15 years of relevant experience in manufacturing sector

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on identifying, correcting and preventing all non-compliances in an efficient manner to ensure regulatory compliance, to safeguard company assets and to maintain and improve its financial and operational control.

• Develop the annual audit and compliance work plan that reflects the company's highest risks that will be monitored by the concerned function as determined by conducting a mandatory annual risk assessment using an enterprise wise approach.

 • Report on regular basis on the progress of implementation, and assist these components in establishing methods to improve efficiency and quality of service, and to reduce the vulnerability to fraud, abuse and waste. 

• Research abreast of legislative issues, new audit regulations/trends and audit methodology to ensure both internal and external risk mitigation. 

• Develop policies and programs that encourage managers and employees to report suspected fraud and other improprieties without fear of retaliation

The post holder will be expected to have:

• Effective written and oral communication skills, and ability to display initiatives.

 • Ability to take direct management responsibility for the full range of management duties including leading and motivating team. 

• Ability to work within a team with colleagues from a wide range of professional backgrounds. 

• Ability to work under pressure and to travel extensively to different parts of Bangladesh.

Position : Manager/Sr. Manager - Organic Fertilizer Sales

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

 Education : Graduation/Post Graduation in Agriculture or relevant degree, MBA will be an advantage 

Experience :7-8 years of experience in which 3 - 4 years as a Manager in any Fertilizer/Seed company

Key Responsibilities: 

• Drive sales growth initiatives, implement sales strategies for organic fertilizer sales and manage smooth coordination with customers and dealers to penetrate top-line growth. 

• Monitor and supervise team to achieve sales target and enforce field force to ensure on-time credit realization.

 • Arrange meeting and workshop with farmers, dealers, retailers & DAE (Department of Agricultural Extension) officials in different strategic location.

 • Update and renew all kinds of registration, regulatory licenses and environmental clearance certificate of compost plants to ensure statutory compliance.

Emolument:

 Depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive.
